This regional coffee blend comes exclusively from the Cadefihuila Cooperative, a group of 3,500 small-scale coffee growers in Huila operating across 28 municipalities. 

It has been decaffeinated in Colombia using ethyl acetate, a 100% natural ingredient taken from sugarcane. The cup is clean with blended notes of dark chocolate, almond, and caramel.
