Dota is a canton (county in US terminology) in the province (state) of San José. It borders the Tarrazú canton. Its coffee is produced by small farmers averaging 8.5 acres. We believe this region produces the finest coffees of Costa Rica. The cup has a dark chocolate-cherry core, delivered with very smooth acidity and rounded body.
